Availability
Emilia is currently taking new referrals.
Appointments are available:
Tuesday, 9am - 5pm
Wednesday, 12pm - 7pm
Occasionally appointments outside of these times are available.
Fee structure
Session are charged at $255 and run for 50-minutes
Some clients choose to access Medicare rebates via a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their regular GP. More information about this can be found here.
Some private health care insurers offer rebates for psychological services under ‘extras’ cover. Please contact your insurers directly to find out more about your cover and conditions for service.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please advise of this as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are unwell, please reschedule or get in touch to change your appointment to telehealth (video or phone).
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 48 hours notice: no charge
Between 24-48 hours notice: 50% of appointment fee
Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of appointment fee
Please note that Medicare does not offer rebates for cancellation fees.
